While attending a board meeting I had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious starters. They became my meal as I was full. Lol. The atmosphere is really cool like an upscale bar with a 5 star restaurant. The motifs nest with the Waves and color of the tile and lights. Windows all around to enjoy the mangroves and blue sky. I started with an Old Fashioned followed by a grilled Caesar with bread crumbs and anchovies. Really nice layers of flavor. Followed by the Crab Mac n Cheese! Oh my goodness the bowl was a medium size but piled high with cheese and loaded with crab. I couldn’t finish it. White cheese and tender noodles. I highly recommend trying this fantastic venue. The servers are awesome and very friendly. Really made me feel welcome. Enjoy.
Rina was our server and she was very good! She had a great attitude and we had fun with her. She was very cheerful and attentive! We ate there 2 nights and the server the first night we ate there was very nice and good too. I wish I knew her name too, if it helps she is from Texas! Both were very nice! Thank you for such good food and wonderful waitresses!
Marlene makes the BEST drinks!! We loved EVERYTHING! Had old fashioned and gimlet (but subbed greygoose for sapphire). The Brussels were phenomenal! Enjoyed clams and grouper was also stellar!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Waves Craft Kitchen and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff especially Julio and Marlene went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the evening, making us feel like valued guests. Now, onto the food, simply outstanding! Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The appetizers, dessert, and drinks were all a delight to the senses. The decor was elegant, and created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. Def recommend this restaurant when in Cocoa Beach!
Terrific restaurant! Great food, drinks and wonderful wait staff. I ordered a Tropical Old Fashioned & then our fantastic server, the very knowledgeable Marlene, recommended that I try their Coconut Old Fashioned and she was right: it was even better!! Tasty appetizers too!! For our entrees, I had the Angus steak and my wife had the scallops, both which were delicious. Highly recommended!!
I booked this reservation a week in advance to our vacation. We based the reservation solely on the reviews. Many of the reviews stated how amazing the staff was, especially, Julio. Long story short, we were looking for a great restaurant because we were renewing our vows on the beach in the morning on our trip and we wanted a great place to celebrate our special day that night. We were seated by the most welcoming and friendly hostess and guess who we had...yep, Julio. He was super friendly, kind and catered to our every need. When he found out why we were on our trip, at the end we were treated to a beautiful dessert that was decorated with congrats! What a fabulous and memorable night! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic! Great atmosphere, food is excellent and the drinks are perfect. Shelley was our bartender and was amazing! Make sure you ask for her, she was so wonderful we canceled our table reservation and spent the evening at the bar. She was so much fun. Even if you do not stay at this property you need to go this restaurant. Will be back!
